Oh, no need to pick up rpg maker mv. Lust doll plus is made in rpg maker mv, so the solutions that apply to that program should theoretically work for LD+. Glad you could get it running, but oof at the new problem.

Okay so I may have found the solution. I found this video that explained that the reason it would not work was because the file "Game" was missing the executable file it needed to launch the game. After running a certain command in my Terminal, I was finally able to launch the game, but now, nothing shows up. The game is apparently running, as I see it open on my desktop, but there is nothing to interact with. Here is the video I found. Sh*t it took me a while to understand what a Cloaca is.
The urinary system is the Cloaca, at least from my deep dive, it's perfect for humans as the urinary system, or the used to be cloaca is meant to be able to hold in pee until you deem in necessary to relieve yourself.
So technically? We do have it, it's just separated into a whole system.

To get to the deeper forest you must know the Fairy Queen, within the abandoned forest, after playing with them ask of the gaping plant, this needs a fully refurbished Milk-Farm, without it you lack the necessary item to go forward, which is Cheese....
Do you mean the inner temple, basically the Trial areas, it's part of the quest for Nymph, and Nymosa, if you finish the first part of the Temple aka saving Nymph, and Nymosa, from totally dangerous situations called being pampered by trading with multiple Foxgirl, and Catgirls, THEN you can proceed under the temple to do the Trials you can choose one of them to participate with you.

Why that stop you, you can leave the abandoned town by giving her Fish, going to her Safehouse, climbing to the second floor opening her chest and using that key for the forest where you can save a Succubus, from fairies to which she will tell you another place to visit, going to New-Ark/Transylvania you can also meet random encounters to new areas.
